A Tradition of Sisterhood Since 1989

Phi Sigma Rho has been giving young women in technical studies the opportunity to learn and grow together in friendship, scholarship, and encouragement since its inception. For 23 years, the Gamma Chapter at the University of Dayton has been inspiring young women in engineering and related studies to be the best that they can be and help make a difference in their community.
